    Perfect pour measures use a ball bearing system to allow for the look of free pouring with the control of measure pouring. Simply move the bottle through a 45 degree angle and the liquid will start to dispense and cut off at the required capacity. Must be used in conjunction with a government approved jigger for the four prescribed spirits.
