We won't sell our alcoholic product to anybody that we feel is under the age of 18 years of age. Anyone that we suspect is attempting to purchase alcohol illegally will be asked for ID. We reserve the right to refuse you at any time.
The price of the goods will be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable. If you subsequently amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item(s)at the time that the amended order is confirmed. Please note that as promotions are offered for a limited period of time subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered.
We pride ourselves on delivering high quality goods to our customers. We check all our products before they are dispatched, however damage can occur whilst in transit, which we are unaware of. Any items that arrive damaged will be replaced immediately. Once items have been delivered and accepted by the customer, we cannot assume responsibility for the cost of replacing these items. Kegs that have been opened will be charged at their listed price.
Upon delivery of your goods, you should carry out an inspection to ensure that the goods are in satisfactory condition. The delivery driver must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the delivery driver's documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages immediately
This contract is subject to English Law and Jurisdiction in full.
You agree to inspect the products on delivery. If the product is damaged, or you have not received the correct quantity, you agree to inform the delivery driver and us at Ales Distribution during the period between delivery and collection. You agree to retain any damaged product for our inspection and collection, should we wish to collect the damaged product from you. We will provide a full refund when you provide us with reasonable proof of the damaged product. If it is clear at the time of delivery that you order is not complete or is damaged, you should not accept delivery.
A contract will only exist between you and Ales Distribution once a formal acceptance of your order by Ales Distribution has been made by email. This contract is subject to English Law and Jurisdiction in full.
